Job Summary:
The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is accountable for executing and developing human resource plan in support of the overall business strategy and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, coaching and advancement, and compensation.
